2. Go to this path mods update update.rpf x64 Textures
3. Replace Water.ytd with the downloaded file
Than Launch the game and check out the new water!

I found that my water.ytd was stored inside of ./mods/x64a.rpf/textures instead of ./mods/update/update.rpf/x64/textures , if that helps anyone.
