I know this is a very random ped to upload at this time, but he has always been a favorite of mine from the game Dead Rising 2! Just their intro cutscene alone for them was super cool and really was a mirror for how society would likely be if an actual apocalypse were to take place. People taking advantage of the apocalypse to cause chaos and feed their overall greed and egos.
This character comes with all his variations possible! Which is one 😂 Why they did it that way I will never know, but if you all want more jacket textures or even face textures I can definitely add to them in future updates!

add the 4 files "ig_looter" to the addon peds pack.
follow this route: Grand Theft Auto V \ mods \ update \ x64 \ dlcpacks \ addonpeds \ dlc.rpf \ peds.rpf \
or you can also install it as a replace by renaming the ped to what you want!
Ex: changing the name "ig_looter" to "ig_barry" and replacing the model that way.

How to Use:
In order to spawn or play as the looter model in game, enter the model's name into "spawn ped by model name" via simple trainer.
(If you do not have this trainer, then just type the name in the designated area of your current trainer):
ig_looter
If you use simple trainer you can add the model name to the ini file of trainer v and you then won't have to input the name every time in game!
Just list it under the addonpeds section!
If you decide to use MapBuilder/map editor for creating scenes with him, then be sure to add the name to the top of the "ped list" in order to spawn him for your creations!

@SECTIS Not currently, and I think gameplazer already uploaded Armando and Henrique. Vince and the goons we don't have and I will add in the distant future when I get around to them, yes. Right now though, I don't see that happening for a while where I am working on other GTA IV peds at the moment. As for other Dead Rising 2 peds, I actually may add them one day as I really liked that game alot and there are a few characters, especially Chuck Greene that I'd love to see in good quality for GTA V! One day, just not soon lol. 🔥🐺🔥

Dead Rising models are always nice to have!
One of my favs from DR series. I remember looking everywhere for this model to port to San Andreas but the extractor tool bug'ed the uv back in there. Took me some years LoL
@diego4fun2k24 Yeah I couldn't find this guy for a while either but eventually found him on a Russian website for 3d models lol. I was unsure about downloading it at first but at the time it was the only one so I took the risk and it was worth it!! Now we got him and I even thought about adding some more variations to his outfits and textures which may still do at some point. Either way it's cool asf to now have him!! Glad you like this mod bro! More Dead Rising characters will be making appearances in GTA V! 🔥🐺🔥

Oh nice, i remember seeing it in there too. Its p3dm right? It is a safe website, been following it for more than 7 years if i'm not wrong. I think tosyk is part ot the guys behind the website, he is a know 3d model ripper guys , doing it for more than 15 years now i guess.

@SECTIS I lied, we actually are getting Luis Lopez, Armando Torres, and Henrique Bardas! Got in touch with a friend of mine who sent me the models for them that Terry Kaffarov a good ped model rigger made years ago. He sent them to me and asked me to share them with the community on his behalf! So we will be getting them hopefully this week if I can find the time to release each of them around work and beach vacation prep haha! 🔥🐺🔥
