@DaveGravePrank you can change it, i mostly want others to edit their own mods,scripts,etc by publish files easy for editing and notes to teach them.

i have normal SHVDN, you ignored a huge type of GTA 5 community..

C:mods\update\update.rpf\x64\movies replace (rockstar_logos.bik) ...DONE
if you dont have this folder in mods THEN go to : update\update.rpf\x64\movies ... and click "copy to mods folder" After that you can replace the video file (rockstar_logos.bik).
This to install or uninstall

@devdd960 yes ( Dilapidated gameconfig ) not work with this sleeping dog mod, I am currently editing it to make it similar "sleeping dogs gameconfig" in some VALUES that crash the game.

@WolfFire23309 i discovered a secret about this mod that fixed a totally different issue , the issue is : when i spawn many peds and play them on menyoo maps they stay still only 5 of them fight, BUT when i used sleeping dogs`s gameconfige the problem is fixed note it had huge number than other game config so thank you this fixed rockstar editor crashed too, the good thing is working with any copy of the game. can you/me upload it?

oh man one last thing.. freemode became with voice ! how to change it? its so annoyingannoying and loud 😭📢

@WolfFire23309 I feel for you my friend and it saddens me what you said about the mess you went through.. It's okay everything will be fine, I have a request about this mod what is the name of the file that changes the damage value, man the fight lasts a long time and every punch deals 1% damage, just give me the name of the file is it weapon.meta?

man are you accepting my mod file or not ? let me know because i did everything ,i uploaded a video and linked with it

need regular fixes and updates , he keep fight the dead body ,some movements Q and others dont work good . still nice mod to get some senses
